There are no differences between Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, says Shaikh

SUKKUR:

Former home minister Zulfiqar Mirza needs to be referred to a mental hospital, said Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) MNA Nauman Islam Shaikh on Tuesday.

He was addressing a press conference at National Press Club, Sukkur, on Tuesday evening. "Our sister and former national assembly speaker Dr Fehmida Mirza is a doctor. She should take her husband to a good doctor for treatment," he said.

Describing rumours regarding conflicts within the party — especially between the chairperson and co-chairperson of the PPP — as a conspiracy, Shaikh said that while it may be the desire of some people, there are no differences between Asif Ali Zardari and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.

According to him, the PPP performed poorly in the recent local government elections in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa (K-P) because the party in power always wins the elections. "However, you will see the PPP form its government in K-P after the general elections of 2018," he claimed.
