LAHORE: An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Lower Mall SHO on Friday on a petition filed by a man seeking registration of a case against his adopted son. The man accused his son of fraudulently obtaining his signatures and thumb impression to get his property transferred to himself. Muhammad Hussain said his adopted child Muhammad Aslam had deceived him by getting him to sign some documents. He said that Aslam had transferred his property in Nawan Pind, Johar Town, to himself. Hussain said that when he asked Aslam about the property transfer he used foul language against him. He then went to complain about this to the police which refused to register a case against Aslam.
