Policing Pindi’s roads: Over 40,000 tickets issued this year
Tickets were issued for under-age driving, driving without licence, and number plate violations
RAWALPINDI:
Rawalpindi City Traffic Police (CTP) issued 40,796 tickets to traffic rules violators amounting to a total fine of Rs11.6 million from January to April this year.
Tickets were issued for under-age driving, driving without licence, and number plate violations. A total of 3,914 individuals were fined for using tinted glasses, 27,801 for number plate violations, 1,831 for under-age driving, and 7,250 for driving without licence.
