Muhammad Azmat told the court that he suspected his friend Shahid had stolen his pet cat
LAHORE:
An additional district and sessions judge sought comments from the Gulshan-i-Ravi SHO on Wednesday over a petition seeking registration of an FIR against a man for stealing a cat.
Muhammad Azmat told the court that he suspected his friend Shahid had stolen his pet cat. He said his cat went missing from his home last week. “I was at work at that time. When I returned, I found the cat missing. I asked my mother, who told me that Shahid had visited the house in my absence,” he said.
Azmat said that he had asked the Gulshan-i-Ravi SHO to register a complaint against Shahid, but he had refused.
He requested the court to direct the SHO to register his complaint.
