Condemnation: Punjab bar council calls for strike

The Punjab Bar Council (PbBC) has called for a boycott of court work on Wednesday (today) to condemn Tuesday’s terrorist attack in front of Police Lines, Qila Gujjar Singh, and express solidarity with the victims’ families. PbBC Vice-Chairperson Farah Ejaz Baig demanded that the government beef up security for all public buildings. She said immediate measures should be taken to track down the perpetrators of the blast.
