Pakistan Railway (PR) has set a target of Rs8 billion profit through its freight service this year, PR Operations General Manager Javed Anwer said on Tuesday.
He told The Express Tribune 10 cargo trains would travel daily from Karachi to other parts of the country.
He said the PR had set a target of transporting at least 12,000 tonnes of carriage from Karachi on a daily basis.
