Mass Transit Project: 64 metro buses reach Karachi

ISLAMABAD:
A total of 64 buses for the Rawalpindi-Islamabad metro bus project have arrived at Karachi. The fleet, imported from Turkey, will likely reach Islamabad next week. Rawalpindi Development Authority Chief Engineer Saeed Akhtar on Thursday added that, “We have paid Rs130 million to the Capital Development Authority (CDA) for green belts which were damaged during the construction work.”
