Allies: ANP delegation meets Sindh CM
Situation in the province, especially in Karachi, discussed in the meeting.
KARACHI:
A delegation of the Awami National Party (ANP), Sindh, called on Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah at the CM House on Saturday to discuss the situation in the province and especially in Karachi.
The delegation was led by Rana Gul Afridi and included Bashir Jan, Anamullah Mahmood, Abdul Bari Kakar, Saeed Ahmed Khan, Niaz Muhammad, Yunus Bonari, Iqbal Kakar, Mumtaz Khan and Bashir Ahmed Khan. Adviser to the Sindh chief minister, Rashid Rabbani, as well as special assistant Waqar Mehdi were also present at the occasion.
“ANP is a strong ally of the government,” said the CM, who added that the problems pointed out by the ANP delegation will be “looked into and resolved”.
Shah said that the present government is heading towards “betterment in the province” with help from its coalition partners.
