Police action: Two ‘militants’ killed in encounter
The suspects were identified as Qari Sajjad Niaz and Matin

The District Malir police claimed to have killed two alleged members of a militant outfit during an encounter on Tuesday.The encounter took place in Gulshan-e-Bunair, Quaidabad, a notorious location for militants.
He claimed that the militants were involved in the attack on the police commandos' bus outside the Razzakabad Police Training Centre in February, 2014, which had claimed lives of 13 commandos. "One of the militants, Matin, can be seen parking the explosives laden vehicle outside the Razzakabad Training Centre in the CCTV footage," said SSP Anwar. He added that two of their companions, Daud and Qari Saeed, managed to escape.
