ISLAMABAD: Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Aslam Raisani has ruled out any chances of talks with militants, saying that the public had not mandated him for that purpose.

Talking to BBC, he strongly upheld the notion that he had no public mandate to hold talks with them. He maintained that since it had taken 63 years to address the grievances of Balochistan, it would take a lot of time for the situation to take a turn for the better.

About the missing persons, he said there were underground organisations operating globally who indulge in abductions and killings.
