A labourer was killed in a hit-and-run accident on GT Road in Gujar Khan, said a media report on Saturday.
Muhammad Yunus, a resident of Bokra, was crossing the road near the Rescue 1122 office when a speeding car, driven by unknown man, hit him and sped away, leaving him critically injured.
He was taken to the Tehsil Headquarters Hospital, where the doctors pronounced him dead.
