Lucky Escape: Missing APS student returns home

The boy had escaped through a window that opened onto the area outside the school building.

BANNU: A missing Class V student of Army Public School, Peshawar reached home in Phatokhel, Domail in Bannu on Friday. Naik Zada told journalists his nephew Hilal, a fifth-grader at the APS, was on campus at the time of the terror attack. He added the boy went missing and the family searched for him all over the school and at hospitals. Hilal ultimately escaped through a window that opened onto the area outside the school building. Naik Zada said Hilal entered a home near the school to hide.
