Gunned down: Party worker killed
KARACHI:
An Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) workerwas killed while his companion was wounded in a targeted attack near Sakhi Hassan Chowrangi in North Nazimabad. The deceased was identified as 35-year-old Qari Muhammad Saeed while the injured was identified as Qari Muhammad Sajid, 38. Saeed died shortly after being shot in the chest. Sajid was admitted to Liaquat National Hospital. The incident took place when unidentified motorcyclists opened fire on the two men who were returning to their homes on their motorcycle after attending a convention at the party headquarters at Nagan Chowrangi.
