Bogus cheque: Man defrauded of cash

RAWALPINDI: The New Town police have booked a man for allegedly defrauding his business partner. Faisal Iqbal lodged a complaint with the local police that his business partner, Ishaq Khan*, had borrowed Rs60,000 from him some six months back. When he asked him to return the money, Khan made out a cheque, which turned out to be bogus. He said that Khan had gone into hiding after defrauding him. Police are searching for the man but not been able to arrest him yet.
