
The tribunal allowed the winning candidate of NA-154 more time to come up with arguments against Tareen’s petition and adjourned hearing till December 2.
Tareen said the case had dragged on for 54 hearings over a period of 20 months.
He said the tribunal had been facilitating the other side.
“As many as 21,000 votes have been found bogus in my constituency,” he said.

Later, Tareen held a press conference to deny allegations by Information Minister Pervez Rasheed.
He said that he owned the JDW Company and he had personally paid the expenses for PTI chief Imran Khan’s air travel.”
He said meanwhile, no one was making public the record of the expenses incurred by cabinet ministers and the prime minister.
Tareen said they had visited foreign countries spending millions of taxpayers’ money.
He said that Pervez Rasheed had been using public airplanes well before he became a minister.
Tareen said Rasheed should apologise to him and his family. He said if he did not, he would send him a defamation notice.
Tareen said no one from the PTI was involved in the attack on the PTV building.
He said the government had filed a false case to pressurise the PTI.
Tareen said the government was using anti-terrorism laws to harass and blackmail PTI workers.
