Sindh Assembly passes resolution against Imran Khan over remarks against Sindhis
The move came ahead of the PTI's rally in Larkana, scheduled for Novemever 21.
The resolution was moved by Sindh Education Minister Nisar Ahmed Khuhro. “This house appreciates the brave struggle of the valiant people of Sindh under the dynamic leadership of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto and Benazir Bhutto for the promotion and protection of democracy and the supremacy of constitution, and condemns the abusive language used by Imran Khan,” Khuhro said.
Lawmakers from the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) referred to Imran as “Tanqeed Khan,” and demanded an apology from him.
In a separate resolution, the assembly saluted the resilience of the young Assu Bai Kalohi from District Umerkhot.
Lawmakers paid tribute to her for her struggle to educate girls of her region and her unwavering commitment in spreading the message of education, despite her physical disability.

Amongst all the rest of the usefull stuff the Sindh assembly does......
We all "Sindhis" hereby pass "General Public Resolution" confirming that we have been slaved by Sindh Government and Pakistan Peoples Party & MQM.
Both the parties have looted Sindhi people are we condemn and withstand with any person coming to Sindh to provide oxygen for New Sindh.
We condemned the resolution passed in Sindh Assembly,which is not as per the wishes of people of Sindh.

This shows PPP is coming under pressure in Sindh. Good work PTI, someone needed to shake up PPP so they wake up from their deep slumber.
Desperate Time for PPP so naturally Desperate measure by them. They have decided to play the " Sindh Card " Divide and Rule, PPP is trying to prolong their rule but it won't work.
Changing status quo does not mean changing history and historic landmarks and cultures. If it were up to IK all Pakistani kids would be raised in English mansions as far away from our national languages and cultures as possible. For his info some Pakistanis are still proud of their heritage, history and heroes.
These assemblies have become a joke. They will walk out and pass resolutions on statements but no one would care to move a resolution to save all those poor fighting for their lives in Thar.
Was any resolution passed to free the 2 million slaves in Pakistan - mostly from Sindh? I thought not! SINDH IS FULL OF SLAVES. It's a fact. I'm talking bonded slavery here run by the feudal landlords.

God bless zullifikar bhutto he created PPP for poor people of Pakistan and now it is the rich peoples party and they don't give a dam'n about poor people and they are treated as SLAVES just as Imran Khan says, these filthy rich politicians deserve to be kicked out.
Yes, we are ashamed on being slaves to a handful of corrupt and inept landlords and feudals. But a bigger shame on those who perpetual their rule and rob poor masses of their rights. Shame on you PPP. Time to break these shackles of slavery has come.

But this particular statement over Sindh by IK is being twisted by PPP and MQM...
Sindh is truly enslaved by these two parties... PTI's entry in Sindh politics specially the rural areas will be good for the province and its people...
It seems IK mantra to abolish status quo is to abuse everybody else !
Despite mqm saying it is not aligned with status quo the facts speak for themselves they constantly support such feudals they are losing support very fast has all are supporting pti particularly the educated from all ethnicities
He used to word hostage! and is there any doubt that Sindhis are made hostage by PPP in Bhutto's name and oppressed them for so long. They deserve to have decent lives with health and education.
Democratic institutions like Sindh assembly is being used to score political points against one person! It also shows character of members who has nothing better to do for people they are representing.
In the Assemblies its all about the people and democracy.
Outside the Assemblies these same people act like they don't give a hoot about either.
Such hypocrisy is mind boggling.
Useless resolution. Condemn him if you will. Makes me laugh all this talk about abusive language. Well, if you call looters, looters its not abusive. And what are 'hariz' in Sindh if not modern version of slaves? They cannot even send their children to school without permission from their feudal lord (vadera).
These jerks have got nothing worth praise of their performance (in federal. sindh and punjab govt's). They are too much afraid of masses supporting IK. They did nothing to improve health, education and living standards of the poor. And because of Imran Phobia, When they have nothing to defend themselves, they bring up such crap to defend the status quo.
With each passing day, it is becoming clear that status quo based parties are getting worried about their future.
Its becoming clear the status quo parties are now confined to these so called assemblies and even not remotely wanting to solve the problems of the people. The people are now showing their part by not giving a damn to these champions of democracy.
