The Isra University held an ‘inter-orphanage educational gala’ on Wednesday, when they participated in various competitions on the recitation of the Holy Quran, art, quizzes, speechec and tableaus. As many as 110 students from three orphanages in Hyderabad and Jamshoro districts participated. The varsity’s chancellor, Dr Asadullah Qazi, and vice-chancellor, Dr Hameedullah Qazi, encouraged the orphanages to support higher education of the enrolled children.
