Growth: Focus on creative development urged
University making efforts to produce manpower by offering 160 degree programmes, Vice Chancellor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan

University of Agriculture Faisalabad (UAF) Vice Chancellor Dr Iqrar Ahmad Khan urged students to develop creative and innovative approaches, entrepreneurial skills and effective communication to play their role in the development of the country.
Speaking at a seminar at the Institute of Business Management Sciences (IBMS), he said that the university was making efforts to produce manpower by offering 160 degree programmes, with special focus on rural and agricultural development.
He said that UAF, in collaboration with IBA Sukkur, had launched a joint four-year degree programme in order to strengthen inter-provincial harmony and produce trained manpower equipped with entrepreneurial skills. The university was also negotiating with other business institutes including Lums and FC College Lahore.
IBMS Director Dr Munir Ahmad said all possible steps are being taken to enhance the business skills.
