Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday called for the formation of a technocrat government, which should be in power for two years with the Punjab governor as its prime minister.
The MQM chief said the leaders who have plundered the nation’s wealth should be made accountable for their actions by the proposed government of technocrats due to its honest leaders.

Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief Altaf Hussain on Tuesday called for the formation of a technocrat government, which should be in power for two years with the Punjab governor as its prime minister.
In a joint press conference held with Punjab Governor Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar at the MQM’s International Secretariat in London, Altaf said that a government of honest people should be installed for two years.
The MQM chief said the leaders who have plundered the nation’s wealth should be made accountable for their actions by the proposed government of technocrats due to its honest leaders.
