Cleaning sit-in sites : CDA deputes sanitation staff
CDA staff has been deployed in the control room to register complaints regarding the provision of clean water tankers.
ISLAMABAD:
The Capital Development Authority (CDA) spokesman said on Sunday the civic agency has deputed 150 sanitary staffers who will work round the clock in three shifts to clean Aabpara, Kashmir Highway and adjacent areas where the political sit-ins are taking place. The spokesman said CDA has established a control room at Kamran Hotel, Aabpara in collaboration with the district administration. CDA staff has been deployed in the control room to register complaints regarding the provision of clean water tankers. He said CDA’s environment staff has also been deployed to chop unwanted branches of trees at the site of the sit-ins.
