In remembrance: CM condoles with family of Wali of Swat

Khattak also expresses sorrow over the death of former deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Begum Ashraf Abbasi

Chief Minister Pervez Khattak has expressed heartfelt grief on the demise of Miangul Aurangzeb, the last crown prince of Swat who passed away on Sunday, stated a handout issued by the government. Aurangzeb was 86 years old and had served as a governor of Balochistan and Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa previously the North West Frontier Province. According to the handout, Khattak also expressed sorrow over the death of former deputy speaker of the National Assembly, Begum Ashraf Abbasi. While paying tributes to both political figures, Khattak said they were national assets, the handout added. In separate condolence messages to both bereaved families, the CM expressed deep sympathies with them and prayed for the departed souls.
