PM Gilani focuses on earthquake affected areas

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has urged the NWFP and AJK governments to ensure availability of land for reconstruction projects in the earthquake affected areas.

Chairing a meeting of Earthquake and Rehabilitation Authority on Saturday, Gilani fixed June 30th as the deadline for the initiation of projects. He warned that the reconstruction projects will be dropped if the governments concerned fail to provide land.

The prime minister also directed the respective governments to keep ERRA updated on the progress stressing that they prioritise health and educations sectors.
