Forging Land Records: Anti-corruption dept starts inquiry
The department’s director has appointed Assistant Director Malik Ejaz as the inquiry officer to probe the case.
RAWALPINDI:
The regional Anti-Corruption Department registered a case against a naib tehsildar and patwari (revenue officer) in Rawal Bala, Chakwal for allegedly tampering with property papers of a woman. The case has been registered on the complaint of a woman, a resident of Rawal Bala, who stated that some of her relatives in connivance with some revenue officials have tampered her property papers after the death of her husband. The department’s director has appointed Assistant Director Malik Ejaz as the inquiry officer to probe the case.
