LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court on Monday adjourned the hearing of a case involving a woman’s murder by her relatives in front of Lahore High Court for marrying a man of her choice. Judge Haroon Latif put off the hearing for Tuesday (today) due to a strike by lawyers. Previously, the court had recorded statements of five prosecution witnesses. Farzana Bibi was beaten to death on May 27 by her relatives, allegedly including her father and two brothers, as she was about to appear in the court.
