Express April 17, 2010

ISLAMABAD: PML-N MNA from Hazara, Sardar Mehtab Abbasi resigned from the National Assembly to show his dissent on the renaming of NWFP on Saturday.

Sardar Mehtab Abbasi sent his resignation to Nawaz Sharif, but the PML-N chief has not confirmed whether he has accepted it or not.

Abbasi had not voted in favor of renaming NWFP as Khyber Pakhtoonkhwa at the National Assembly.

Muhammad Ali | 13 years ago | Reply Don't play with people . PML-N has done intentional blunder of decieving Hazara people. Even you give your blood people will never forgive for deceieve role of PML-n and i think blood of 11 precious life is more valuable than his resignation for political survival.Once he conceaded in Jirga why i do work for you i have purchased votes.
