The public administrative council would take responsibility of rule the very next day of the end of the present government, he said.
Addressing the media in Lahore, Qadri said, in reference to the Model Town clashes which left 14 PAT workers dead, "These people who kill workers and derail democracy will be kicked out within weeks, not months."
"There will be no one to save you when they are kicked out," Qadri said, referring to the police and government officials.
He said that the "revolution is a promise to the nation, and the date for it will be announced soon."
"I will hold an exclusive conference [regarding] the Model Town incident," Qadri added.
The PAT leader appealed to the police, individuals working for civil services and those working for law enforcement agencies (LEA) to "straighten up" and not work for corrupt leaders.
He said if the police and law enforcing personnel do not mend their ways, his revolution would ensure that they are presented before the court.
After the revolution, accountability of those presented before the court would be ensure within 15 days, he said, adding that the cases would be decided within seven days by the courts and the appeal in the cases would also be decided within seven days.
He also also appealed to the personnel working for law enforcment agencies, civil services and police to refuse to obey illegal orders of the unconstitutional rulers.
He said they should revolt and face these rulers instead of bowing down to them, adding that these officials are supposed to be loyal to the state and the constitution -- not to the rulers.
"There will be no room for those who kill innocent people, illegal order, unconstitutional order and unjust order. They will be arrested," the PAT leader said.

The present Prime Minister no longer has the mandate to stay in office; his business interests with India and Iran are not the country'ss priorities, nor is the maintainance of current army size, PEACE and end to violence must remain the number ONE priority. Mr Qadri prognosis is very accurate, with or without ISIS march the Sharifs will be compelled to leave.

Just wondering how a Canadian citizen who left Pakistan some time ago and become Canadian citizen on what grounds, asylum seeker? If yes, then what he’s doing in Pakistan? I suggest to government to take this with Canadian officials find out on what grounds him become Canadian and holding Canadian passport? That come back to Pakistan and threatens government that came through an electoral process.
What more surprising is that some folks at Fed government level and media made him from zero to hero…
Inshallah, Allah SWT will remove this corrupt and murderous government from power before the end of the summer. Qadri is the only politician with any morals, even Imran Khan does not have as high morals as Qadri saab.

Tahir ul Qadri took money from the sharifs for years. He performed Hajj and Umra with their support (as he himself said in his sermon) He now wants to overthrow them with unconstitutional means. Dear Qadris Sahib as abundant as your supporters are , they are not enough to win you a seat in national assembly, let alone bring a revolution.If you were really serious about bringing change.You would do it in a constitutional way,not by causing destruction and mayhem in Pakistan.

If one is not happy with the performance of a govt, wait till the next election to vote them out or have the assembly pass a 'no-confidence' motion! (Both of these have happened in your eastern neighbour)

Why does media give coverage to this person. If he had any sense and any sympathy for the people of Pakistan then he would have highlighted the issues of the IDPs. He lives in Canada, flies in first class, and drives in a bullet-proof car and talks of revolution. He is totally a joke.

Pakistan's problems are a stagnant economy, terrorism and runaway inflation. (Notwithstanding the synthetic numbers the government puts out.) None of these issues can be fixed in a short time. It will be hard grind and people have to bear with it.
As I see from out side Tahir Ul Qadri is nothing but another form of Gullu Butt. Sooner he is packed back to Canada, better it will be for Pakistan. I have watched his interviews and discourses widely and find him a highly opportunist man. In one video he talked of Ghazwa-e-Hind and in other he praised Modi and accepted his hospitality during his India trip. I have no doubt, he is working on some one else agenda.

Dr. Qadri is promising a revolution and the date of revolution will be decided / announced by him. In the same breath he says that those who derail the democracy will be kicked out soon ( within weeks not months). So he involuntarily predicted his ouster within weeks. Yes sir, you are right.
