Katcha dacoit surrenders

A dacoit of the katcha area, Gora Umrani surrendered along with an accomplice in Rahim Yar Khan. A spokesperson said the Punjab government had fixed a reward of Rs10 million for the arrest of Umrani, dead or alive. His accomplice Farooq Umrani also surrendered.
