Lahore clashes: 39 PAT supporters released from jail

LAHORE: Thirty-nine supporters of the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) have been released from Kot Lakhpat jail, Express News reported on Saturday.

The PAT supporters had been detained on Wednesday for protesting against the removal of barriers from outside the Central Secretariat of Minhajul Quran in Model Town, Lahore on Tuesday.

The clashes between the supporters and the police had killed over dozen people and injured 80 others.

Why be so lenient against these miscreants?? Would such hooligans in any other country be released so quickly?!!

Pakistan cannot afford to continually lose it's writ . And we cannot allow " leaders " based on other countries to control our streets and attack our policemen
