Dangerous stunts: Four injured while performing wheelies

A Rescue-1122 team took them to a hospital where doctors later said their condition was stable.

Four men received minor injuries when they fell off their motorcycles while performing one-wheelies on The Mall on Sunday.


A Rescue-1122 team took them to a hospital where doctors later said their condition was stable.

The Traffic police have launched a city-wide crackdown against people performing stunts on public roads.

Police said that they had arrested several stunt riders on The Mall, Jail Road, Ferozpur Road, Canal Road, GT Road, Gulberg’s Main Boulevard, Bund Road, Airport Road and the Walled City on Sunday.

They said strict action would be taken against anyone caught disturbing traffic on the roads.

Does this mean, strict action will be taken against those who travel with heavy protocol and police itself blocks the traffic for hours to get the very cheap person (VCP) out of traffic?
