Dangerous drinks: Moonshine claims three lives
The police said that no case was registered and an investigation was being carried out
KARACHI:
Three people died after consuming illicit liquor outside the city limits on Sunday. The deceased were identified as 30-year-old Sultan, 28-year-old Gama Sher and 30-year-old Hameed Gul. The incident occurred at Sherpao Colony within the limits of Landhi police station. The men lived in the same area. SHO Shabbir Hussain said that Gul had made the liquor himself, and had consumed it with his friends later. Soon after drinking the liquor they fell unconscious and were taken to hospital by their families. The police said that no case was registered and an investigation was being carried out.
