Paying price of bribe: Mukhtiarkar, patwari suspended
Hotiana ordered an inquiry, which proved that the complaint was valid.

Chief Secretary Sajjad Saleem Hotiana suspended a mukhtiarkar and a patwari in Umerkot for corruption. On the complaint of Rajesh Kumar, a resident of Umerkot, mukhtiarkar Muhammad Moosa Rind and Patwari Habibullah were suspended. Kumar had complained that the two demanded bribes to verify his documents that he had submitted for the Prime Minister Business Loan Scheme. Hotiana ordered an inquiry, which proved that the complaint was valid leading to the suspension of the two.
