Collaboration: TRF to help with Health Department capacity-building

LAHORE:

The Technical Resource Facility will assist in capacity-building, monitoring and evaluation of the Health Department, participants of a meeting at the office of the Punjab Health Sector Reforms Programme said on Friday.

The meeting was held to review cooperation between the Health Department and the UK development agency DFID. Adviser to the CM on Health Salman Rafique also attended. The meeting reviewed cooperation and technical assistance provided by the TRF to the Health Department. The meeting was informed that a new project called TRF Plus  will be initiated in this year and continue till 2018. It will also lead to the enhancement of procurement capacity, change in institutional behaviour, among other issues.
