LAHORE: Lahore High Court on Friday directed Aitchison College administration to restore admission of an O Levels student and allow him to appear in the upcoming exam. The student, Mikail Rahim, told the court that his admission was revoked after he had a scuffle outside the campus. His counsel said since the scuffle took place outside the college, he could not be penalised by the college administration. He asked the court to allow the petitioner to sit for his exams. Justice Shamas Mahmood Mirza accepted the petition and ordered the Aitchison College to restore admission of the petitioner and allow him to appear in the exams.
