The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has launched a special drive to interact with taxpayers aimed at facilitating and educating them about various initiatives, taken by the board and the Facilitation and Taxpayers Education (FATE) wing.

The first workshop of this series was held here at Regional Tax Office (RTO). Member, FATE, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Riffat Shaheen Qazi took the step in holding a series of workshops and seminars all over the country to interact with taxpayers and withholding agents of different organisations.



The objective of the workshop is to communicate with the taxpayers and get feedback from them for confidence building. The workshop was started Qazi who introduced the objectives of the workshop and encouraged the participants to freely and openly discuss their problems regarding the tax system and to give their input for improvement of the system.
