Pollen allergy: Relief camp to start functioning soon
According to health officials, 62,000 allergy patients have been treated since 2004.

ISLAMABAD:
A free pollen allergy relief camp set up at the Aabpara Community Centre will start treating patients from March 31. According to health officials, the district health department and the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT) administration have been holding the free camp since 2004 and so far 62,000 allergy patients have been treated. All medicines would be provided to the patients free of charge at the camp. It has also been decided to constitute a technical committee comprising experts to address the pollen allergy issue and its eradication. Awareness pamphlets would be distributed in sectors which remained most affected in the past.
