Crime control: 25 ‘criminals’ arrested

Police claim to have arrested 25 criminals, including 12 proclaimed offenders, and recovered illegal weapons, drugs.

MULTAN: The police on Monday claimed to have arrested 25 criminals, including 12 proclaimed offenders, and recovered illegal weapons and drugs. The police also arrested nine drugs peddlers and seized 12 litres liquor, 700 grams hashish, 1,100 grams heroin, a pistol and some bullets. Muhammad Zeeshan, Muhammad Khalid and Sabir Ali were arrested for carrying fireworks.
