Attack on Karachi school injures 3

KARACHI: Two unidentified men opened fire at a school in Karachi injuring three people, Express News reported on Wednesday.

The incident took place outside Jungle School in the Baldia Town area of the city.

The injured were taken to the Civil Hospital for medical assistance.

Previous incidents

A private school in Orangi Town had come under attack on October 28 last year, allegedly for refusing to pay extortion. Since alMehran School, located in Ghaziabad, was closed due to Abdullah Shah Ghazi’s urs, no casualties were reported.

On October 22, 2013, unidentified gunmen had opened fire on Prince School in the Orangi Gulshan-e-Bahar area of Karachi. No loss of life was reported.
