House damaged in low-intensity blast
Officials say the aim of the explosion is to panic the owner of the house.

A low-intensity explosion damaged the gate of a house on canal road in Nasirbagh area of Peshawar on Tuesday night.
Tehkal precinct police said that the house was owned by an ex-deputy manager of State Bank. The low-intensity explosion had damaged the main gate of the house but fortunately there was no loss of life.
“It seem like yet another extortion case,” said an official of local Tehkal police station, adding that Bomb desposal quad (BDS) had been called to inspect the site of the explosion and the aim of the explosion was to panic the owner of the house.
