Bilateral relationship: Netherland to strengthen trade ties

It was also agreed that the next round of discussion will be held in The Hague in 2015.

ISLAMABAD:
Pakistan and Netherlands yesterday decided to further strengthen trade and investment relations. During the fourth round of bilateral political consultation held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, both countries exchanged views on bilateral and regional issues. During the consultations, the two sides reviewed bilateral relations and discussed possibilities of increasing cooperation in political, economic, culture and education sectors. Both sides agreed that it was important to increase trade and investment relations. It was also agreed that the next round of discussion on the trade and investment sector will be held in The Hague in 2015. Political Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of The Netherlands Wim Geerts, said that it was essential to improve the bilateral relation as it will benefit the economy of both countries.
