HYDERABAD: The chief of Milli Yakjahti Council, Sahibzada Abul Khair Muhammad Zubair, urged the government and Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan on Sunday to declare a ceasefire in order to allow the talks to progress. Addressing the newly elected provincial body of Jamiat-i-Ulema-i-Pakistan at Madrassah Ruknul Islam, Zubair said the side which broke the ceasefire should be held responsible for failure of the negotiations. “Both the sides should observe truce and identify, expose and punish the elements which are covertly trying to sabotage the negotiations by carrying out terrorist attacks,” said Zubair.
