Step forward: Govt to observe anti-corruption week

The Sindh government has planned to observe an anti-corruption week, from December 9 to December 14, to eradicate all forms of corruption from government institutions and the society.


The enquiries and anti-corruption establishment in collaboration with the National Accountability Bureau, Sindh, has arranged seminars and programmes at its district headquarters to create awareness among people against the evils of corruption.

It also aims to highlight the significance of good governance through prevention of corruption.

A seminar on ‘Good Governance through Prevention of Corruption’ will be held on December 11 at 10:30am in Karachi.

The enquiries, anti-corruption, and prisons minister Manzoor Hussain Wassan will be the chief guest on the occasion.

Representatives of the civil society, business community, media, and the public sector will attend the seminar.
