Sheltering refugees: Foreign charity to construct 200 houses
IIROSA will construct 20 houses in the first phase.
MUZAFFARABAD:
A Saudi Arabian charity on Thursday inaugurated a 200-unit housing project worth Rs2 billion for Kashmiri refugees settled in Azad Jammu and Kashmir since 1989. The International Islamic Relief Organisation Saudi Arabia (IIROSA) will construct 20 houses in the first phase while the remaining will be completed in the second phase of the project. AJK President Sardar Yaqoob Khan and representatives of the All Parties Hurriyat Conference, Azad Kashmir chapter, were present on the occasion.
