Helping hand: Argentina offers to resolve energy crisis

Saravia said Pakistan can use Argentina as a base for expansion of its trade with other countries of the region.

ISLAMABAD: Argentinean Ambassador Rodolfo Martin Saravia on Friday said that Argentina has offered cooperation towards Pakistan to harness hydroelectricity potential for overcoming its energy crisis. He said Pakistan has the potential to generate over 60‚000MW of hydroelectricity and Argentina will supplement the efforts to use this natural resource. Saravia said Pakistan can use Argentina as a base for expansion of its trade and commercial relations with other countries of the region.
