Mirza married Malik in Hyderabad, India in 2010 amid a lot of hype surrounding the love-struck cross-border sports stars.
“You have been married for four years now, when will you give birth to a child,” Mirza quoted one of the many questions she is bombarded with.
Terming it a bizarre question to ask on social networking websites, Mirza said she is glad her mother-in-law does not inquire about baby updates.
The tennis star said she rarely visits Pakistan and stays in touch with her mother-in-law through phone calls.
Speaking about Malik, Mirza said the sportsman is very different as a husband.
“He is very patient as compared to what he is on the field,” she said.

then how will the baby out ?????
@BruteForce: She came to Pakistan a couple of times before, the reason why she travels to India more is because it's her home and she has more commercial opportunities there, Shoaib Malik spends most of his time in Pakistan though.
She had given a statement that she will be living in Dubai, not Pakistan, not India.
She sure visits India a lot, along with her husband. She attends tournaments here, does ads, goes for openings, etc.
I wonder why she has never been to Pakistan. Security, perhaps?
@Zulfiqar Baig: Which side on In Laws do you belong to?
Money is not everything...they should not waste their time in having baby...
Well people ask some very stupid questions I must say.
she will have a surrogate baby so that she can continue his career
Sania we all know your hubby will keep quite all his life for he could have never got a better famous sportswoman as his wife than you in Pakistan. You are larger than life figure for him to have ever married. Also you are still playing and earning handsomely so nobody from your in-law side will ever ask you to produce kids till you mint hard cash for them. So just be in your best playing form if you don't want to be a mother in the near future.
