Targeted attack: Three young men found dead near Super Highway

Three young men were found dead with their eyes blindfolded near the Rangers Headquarters on Super Highway on Tuesday.



The bodies have yet to be identified, said Gadap police. A few residents spotted the three bodies and informed the police, said police officials. The bodies were later shifted to Edhi morgue for identification, after their medico-legal formalities were completed at Abbasi Shaheed Hospital.

Meanwhile, an alleged extortionist, identified as Himesh Khan, was killed and two others - Badshah Khan and Jafar - were wounded in firing near New Sabzi Mandi on Super Highway. Sohrab Goth police SHO Muhammad Shoaib said the deceased and the injured belonged to the extortionist group and had a dispute with the rival group over their collections from the fruits and vegetables wholesale market.
