Shuffling around: PHC orders transfer of judicial officers

The Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered the transfer of four judicial officers and posted them to other branches of the court, directing them to resume charge before October 7.



Special Court Control of Narcotics Substances (CNS) District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Azeem Khan Afridi was repatriated from the federal government to the PHC and was posted as Officer on Special Duty.


District and Sessions Judge Pir Bakhash Shah was transferred from Dir Lower as judge special court CNS Peshawar. Additional District and Sessions Judge Altafur Rehman was posted as district and sessions judge on current charge basis in Dir Lower.
