Employee benefit: PTCL signs agreement with CBA

President CBA thanked the PTCL management for approving the package for the employees.

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) on Thursday inked an agreement with the Pakistan Telecommunication Employees Union (CBA), extending numerous financial benefits to its employees. The agreement’s main feature included additional pension benefits for the employees. SEVP (HR), Syed Mazhar Hussain said that this will not only boost the morale of the employees but will also encourage them in giving a better corporate performance for the benefit of the company. PTCL is promoting an open door policy for the employees and this agreement would pave ways towards for a new beginning and developing an employee friendly environment. President CBA thanked the PTCL management for approving the package for the employees and vowed to give their best on behalf of them.
