HYDERABAD:

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) provincial leader Ayub Shar has said the recent resignation of some of the provincial leaders from the party would in no way affect the party’s position in Sindh.

He was addressing a press conference at the Hyderabad Press Club on Wednesday. Shar said the PML-N Sindh’s president Syed Ghaus Ali Shah’s resignation has not been accepted by the party’s leadership.

“Though there has been unrest among the workers after his resignation, however, there is hope as the leadership have not accepted his decision yet .” Shar said he was in regular contact with the party leaders and workers, and had assured them the PML-N would remain strong and further strengthen its position in Sindh.
