According to a Gilani Research Foundation Survey carried out by Gallup Pakistan, 54% Pakistanis are happy about Nawaz Sharif’s decision to retain control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence.
A nationally representative sample of men and women from across the four provinces was asked “Some people think that Nawaz Sharif’s decision to retain control of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Defence was the right decision whereas others think otherwise. What do you say?” Responding to this, 54% said right decision and 33% said wrong decision. 13% chose not to respond.
Unsurprisingly, the data reveals that support for the Prime Minister’s decision is higher among PML-Q (74%) and PML-N (66%) voters as compared to PPP (34%) and MQM (23%) supporters.
The study was released by Gilani Research Foundation and carried out by Gallup Pakistan, the Pakistani affiliate of Gallup International. The recent survey was carried out among a sample of 2661 men and women in rural and urban areas of all four provinces of the country, between June 10, 2013 and June 17, 2013.

out of 180 million population they surveyed only 2661 people and imposing the decision on entire nation?
Please dont fall for this gallup survey. If you notice this is "Gallup Pakistan" not the true and real Gallup. The owner of Gallup Pakistan is good friend and associate of Sharif family.
It is interesting that 54% of the people surveyed have appreciated the decision of PM Nawaz Sharif to keep the Foreign and Defence ministries.
