ISLAMABAD: Vice Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah on Monday was appointed as Vice Chief of the Naval Staff, according to a press release issued by the Naval Headquarters on Monday.
The Vice Admiral was commissioned in the Operations Branch of Pakistan Navy in June 1978 and is a recipient of the Sword of Honour.
He has had the privilege of commanding Pakistan Naval Academy and the 25th Destroyer Squadron.
